1. General Terms
1.1. By booking any classes or activities through fem.'s website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1.2. fem. reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to check for updates before making any bookings.
1.3. All participants must be 18 years of age or older, unless otherwise stated. Participants below 18 years old must be accompanied by a guardian.
1.4. Participation is open to female individuals only.
1.5. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
2. Credit System
2.1. Bookings for classes or activities are made using fem.'s credit system. You must purchase credits through our website to book any activity.
2.2. Credits can be purchased in packages, and the available packages will be listed on the website. Each package will detail the cost, number of credits, and expiration period.
2.3. Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
2.4. Credits have a validity period, after which they will expire. The expiration period is specified at the time of purchase. Any unused credits will automatically expire and cannot be refunded or extended.
2.5. Unused credits are subject to a 7-day grace period. During this period, credits may be carried forward if a new package is purchased within those 7 days.
2.6. Credits can only be used for booking activities organized by fem. and cannot be used for any third-party services.
3. Booking and Cancellations
3.1. Bookings must be made in advance via the fem. website using the credits purchased.
3.2. Once a booking is made, you will receive a confirmation via email. Bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.
3.3. You may cancel or reschedule your booking up to 48 hours before the activity. If a booking is canceled within the allowed period, the credits used for that booking will be refunded to your account.
3.4. Late cancellations (less than 48 hours before the activity) or failure to attend will result in forfeiture of the credits used for that booking.
3.5. fem. reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an activity at any time. In such cases, participants will be notified as early as possible, and any credits used for the booking will be returned to your account.
4. Conduct and Participation
4.1. By participating in any of fem.’s activities, you agree to adhere to all guidelines and instructions provided by instructors or event organizers.
4.2. fem. reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone who is found to be disruptive, under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or in violation of any policies during an activity.
4.3. Participants are responsible for their own health and wellbeing during activities. fem. is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during participation. You should consult a medical professional before participating in any physical activities.
5. Liability
5.1. fem. shall not be held responsible for any personal property lost, stolen, or damaged during any activity or while on the premises of any venue.
5.2. Participation in any activity is voluntary, and participants assume all risks associated with their involvement in the activities organized by fem.
5.3. fem. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the booking system, participation in activities, or failure to perform any obligations as a result of unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to strikes, natural disasters, or any other causes beyond fem.’s control.
6. Privacy and Data Protection
6.1. Personal information provided when creating an account or making a booking will be handled in accordance with fem.'s Privacy Policy.
6.2. By making a booking, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Payment and Refunds
7.1. Payments for credit packages must be made via the payment methods available on the fem. website.
7.2. All transactions are processed in MYR (Malaysian Ringgit), and any additional transaction fees (e.g., foreign exchange fees) are the responsibility of the participant.
7.3. Refunds will only be provided in the event that fem. cancels a class or activity. No refunds will be issued for unused credits or for cancellations made outside of the allowed cancellation period.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1. All content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software on the fem. website, is the property of fem. or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.
8.2. You may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use any content from the website without prior written consent from fem.
9. Governing Law
9.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
